Lack of fertile cervical mucus....why

Hi guys,

Just a quick one - I used to get a fair amount of egg white cervical mucus just before and a little during ovulation but I swear for the last few months I've had absolutely 0 cervical mucus, like completely dry.

I did have a lap/hysteroscopy end of April but this was happening for a few months before that, maybe even longer I haven't really thought much of it until this cycle. Am due to ovulate any day (I use ovulation tests and an ovusense BBT to track ovulation) but still nothing, dry as a bone. According to my tests and ovusense I do ovulate (allegedly) and I've had my IVF clinic confirm I naturally ovulated in December before my 1st FET (which ended in a chemical) but I guess that doesn't rule out the potential of not actually ovulating after that.

Is that a bad sign? I have my post lap appointment with my IVF consultant on 12th June so I'm going to bring it up with him as well but just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and there as a reason or if sometimes you can just stop having it and it doesn't mean anything with regards to TTC.

Sigh. Feels like it's one thing after the other!

Hi Esb. If yourhormones are a bit topsyturv causing this to happen, your specialist should be able to treat you to sort them out when have good a treatment cycle. Make sure he/she knows this is happening. Diane

Okay thanks Diane does it usually mean something is up/not right then? Or is it normal?
