I'm currently on my 5th embryo transfer, 3dp5dt.... On the the same day after transfer, I had some cramping, abit of spotting and a mild headache which I put down to the procedure that day. Later that night I had woken up to a deep pain in my pelvic area, that felt like a stitch. Two days have passed and ever since that night, i have felt absolutely nothing, no slight cramping, no tiredness.... Nothing. I know its early, but im used to feeling something....... Mind you I have never had a BFP, so I might be acting ridiculous right now,,, but i cant help but think that that deep stitch like pain took me out of this round,,,, I have felt something similar before and had BFN, never so early though!!!! Has anyone experienced this? Is it normal to feel absolutely nothing? Convinced it hasn't worked, Im a wreck 😩

Trying not to give up
I can't really offer much advice as only ever had 2 BFNs myself but just to send you lots of love and hope for success. Hang in there and be kind to yourself xx
I've had 1BFP and 4BFN. On my first transfer i've got pregnant and I was in so much pain since day one.... the pregnancy didn't end well.
I honestly believe that symptoms or no symptoms doesn't guarantee a healthy pregnancy.
I think it is still early and symptoms will come soon 😉
It’s too early really to mean anything or could be a sign of the embryo getting comfy.
I use the below wee list as it this helps me to understand what’s going on in there and remind myself that whatever ‘symptoms’ I’m feeling are likely nothing or the meds for at least the first week. You are absolutely still in with the same chance of it working from what you describe 🤗💜
Day 1: The blastocyst begins to hatch out of its shell.
Day 2: The blastocyst continues to hatch out of its shell and begins to attach itself to the uterus.
Day 3: The blastocyst attaches deeper into the uterine lining, beginning implantation.
Day 4: Implantation continues.
Day 5: Implantation is complete. Cells that eventually become the placenta and fetus have begun to develop.
Day 6: Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), the hormone that signals a developing pregnancy, starts to enter the blood stream.
Days 7 and 8: Fetal development continues and hCG continues to be secreted.
Day 9: Levels of hCG are now high enough in maternal blood to detect a pregnancy using a blood test.
Thankyou so much with this reply Twiglet ❤️ Its just I've never felt so normal before,, I know that sounds ridiculous.. But I thought i would feel some mild cramping.... I usually feel something ( not that thats worked out for me) 😂 im a mess I know! But you ladies have definitely calmed me down a notch 😊 I really appreciate it ❤️
