After 7 eggs collections and 7 blastocysts (cycles 2-5 we had no blasts!), I’m considering other investigations. I’m now 39.
I have completed blood work which came back fine bar Leidens factor V, and had a biopsy for Nk cells which I don’t have. I am about to complete endometrio in May.
My first round of IVF - 3 years ago I got pregnant but since we have had implantation failures. At my last consultation I brought up the need for a Hysteroscopy, but he felt that as I have never had fibroids/ cysts there is not need for this. I have endo but 3x consultants have told me IVF negates endo issues… 🤷🏼♀️
I am wondering if I should push for this as part of a piece of the puzzle? I am guessing they are saying I shouldn’t do surgery (this or a lap) as will affect my AMH?
Any thoughts or experiences welcome
Thanks so much all x

As I've just had one and had nothing found I'm in two minds about what to suggest. In some ways I'm glad I had it as I now know there isn't anything there preventing a positive. However it was expensive and I did feel out of it for a couple of days. Wondering if a 3DSIS scan might be a good first step? I know some ladies on here gave had that. Basically a 3D scan so can see what's going on and if anything causing any problems. Also you don't need a general anesthetic for it and it's about a quarter of the price. It might help put your mind at rest.
Also there might be some other people who have endometriosis who can suggest things that they did.
thanks so much for the reply and advise! ❤️That’s so interesting I have never heard of the 3d scanning. I will look into it! Hope you’re feeling much better now since your op, and as you say ticked it off the list. I really hope this helps get you in the right direction for your next steps, sending so much love and luck xx
Thanks! Yes I had posted on here wondering about next steps and it had been suggested to me! I hadn’t heard of it either! Much better now, but I did feel out of it for the couple of days after. Yes glad to have some answers and as you say another thing ticked off the list! Xx
