HCG??

Hey all,

I just wanted to see what others experiences are with HCG results, my first result at around 15 dpo was 311 and then 20dpo it was 2175. Whilst my clinic was really happy with this and I was at the time, ive now gone into the spiral online of seeing others at 5 weeks have HCG of 12,000+!

I know this may be a sensitive post but advice and experiences are appreciated. I have a scan booked in for 2nd May but thinking of getting another HCG test this Monday for reassurance

Hope your all well💖

I think those are great numbers. This website was really useful for me when I was pregnant - betabase.info/chart/basic/s...

Your numbers look well in range and above average, try not to worry!

Thats amazing! Congratulations 💕x

I can really relate!

I got really worried about my HCG numbers too, and also got a few extra private blood tests to check because the GP said that they were happy with the first two and no more needed. I then scanned at 6 weeks and again with the clinic at 8. I’m very prone to anxiety so getting the tests helped me try to stay calmer - but I can also understand people saying try to stick it out until your get your scan. I’m glad I did what I did, because it was what was best for me.

Hey, sorry you struggled with similar too. It’s such a difficult time isnt it and like yourself my anxiety is going crazy. I’m sure my clinic would allow me another test so I’m just going to ask, like you said its better to reassure yourself isnt it sometimes x

I calculated yours, your HCG level was more than the bottom line, so I believe it should be fine, don't worries. 👍🏻

Mine was 564 first day after 2ww (4weeks 7days). I did another one 10days later because of the Easter holiday, I was 6 weeks 3days, mine was 12.6k.

Oh thank you so much Mary! That’s really appreciated, going to have a watch of this now :) x

at the IVF equivalent of 19dpo my beta was 856. The result is now 11 days old and lying in my arms, you’ve had great numbers - I know it’s hard but try not to obsess as pregnancies progress at different rates x
