Faint positive test day 10 from FET followed by light bleeding!??

Hi just wanted to see if anyone else had gone through this. I had a FET I’m now on day 10. I did a first response test first thing and had a clear but faint line. Couple of hours in Iv had some light bleeding so not sure if this has been a chemical and I’m now coming on my period OR could it possibly be a good thing? I’m going a bit crazy ?! Anyone else had similar that’s led to success???

hello, my advice is to hold your urine for a few hours, avoid drinking and test again to see if it’s a bit darker. Then test again tomorrow morning to see if it’s darker. Blood tests too if you’re able to get them xx

yes I will retest in the morning, il be honest Iv never come this far 4 years of unexplained infertility and it’s the first time Iv seen even a line so I’m just freaking out! Just wondered if anyone had similar and had implantation bleeding at that stage ? I will test Monday also! Xx

I know how you feel! It could be implantation bleeding, irritation in the cervix if you’re using vaginal progesterone, or low progesterone levels. Have you rang your clinic? They may be able to help and offer you a blood test too xx

yes I rang Friday but because it was my first positive faint line they said to wait until Monday! I’m gunna have to test tomorrow and Monday morning x

Hi, I’m in pretty much the same situation ! I called my clinic this morning and they said not to worry. It’s quite normal with the pessaries ans it’s the cervix ‘clearing out’. I was told if there was an odour, itch or burning sensation I need to call the GP. Hope that helps!

hey there, not good news this morning I did another test first thing and the line is so faint you can barley see it 🥺 I think Iv had a chemical from the looks of things and I had some slight blood again which I’m guessing is my period. Can’t believe it so heartbroken as we were so close xxx

Hi! Im so sorry to hear this and I know how it feels like... but still wait and see till tomorrow who knows! I was always told that until your period arrives you're in the game. Speaking of chemical... Last month after 3 years of ttc I had my very first faint positive .. did the blood test and literally on the same day my full blown period arrived. Later on blood results confirmed biochemical. I know that feeling of 'omg could it be...' turned it a complete heartbreak. I don't know if this will give you a glimpse of hope, but I went for another transfer this month and got my BFP.. currently waiting for a viability scan. Don't give up, if this is not it then it could be just around the corner xxx

thank you for the reply, well as I say fri and sat the test was pretty clear but today so faint so I think I have miscarried early, I have had a little bleeding still unsure if it’s a full period I’m guessing it is but not very much at the moment. Luckily we have a frozen embryo so just have to keep going. The clinic may want me to have bloods still but I know it’s not good news 😔 x
