Hi Rhea, only advice I was given after transfer was to avoid putting anything hot on stomach no laptop or hot water bottle, avoid cycling and running, eat as if you are already pregnant, keep hydrated and avoid baths and swimming etc for 2 weeks to stop infection down below. But apart from that there isn't anything you can do to change the outcome so just live your normal life and take any meds as directed. I would advise to keep your sanity do not test before OTD, try not to symptom spot and stay away from Google as this will just send you down the rabbit hole of anxiety. Give yourself little treats you've done amazing to come this far! Find things to occupy your mind like trying a new hobby, binge watching something, reading something and plan nice things to do with your partner like day trips, cinema, meal out, takeaway night, a night away etc so you have nice things to lookforward to regardless of the outcome. Good luck x

Hi, my doctor tells me no baths, no hot showers.... But also no heavy house chores, lift nothing heavy, no exercise for at least 5 days after transfer. For the rest, StarsAllAround covered it in her reply. Good luck x

Hi, Starsallaround has mentioned most of recommendations. It is also recommended to avoid sexual intercourse, consuming alcohol and caffeine, smoking. And you need to stay positive. Although most recommendations have been mentioned, you might wish to have a look at this more detailed article: fertilityroad.com/mag/embry... Good luck
