I’m on 5 x elleste solo 2mg daily at the minute and have been experiencing a lot of nausea, is this common and does anybody have any advice for how to help? Unable to work properly at present. Thanks in advance

I had nausea too for the first week, I took 4 a day. It was really not pleasant but our bodies adjusted after a while. So I’m on it for more than a month now and totally fine. I don’t think my body likes this brand much, I don’t want to scare mongers but I have the worst lining thickness with this rather than my own estrogen (2 previous natural FET cycles). However this is the only time I get BFP so who knows what contributed to the result. Hope you feel better with it soon

Hi I haven't taken elleste so can't advise on that. But I have found wearing travel bands on your wrists can help with nausea it has something to do with pressure points. Also ginger can help settle stomach and not letting your stomach get empty so eat little and often eat something every 2 -3 hours. Hope it settles soon for you x
