when to take lactobacillus /Cabesten pessaries?

How long before a FET should I take Canesten pessaries? It’s says one a day for a week then more after four weeks.

Hello!Following my ERA it was found I had no Lactobacillus whatsoever and loads of Gardnerella (bad bacteria). So I was put on antibiotics for a week and then I did the Canesflor pessaries daily for a minimum of 4 weeks but in the end I stayed on them daily until I started the Utrogestan (vaginal progesterone pessaries) so I think it worked out at once a day for about 6 weeks.

My understanding was you cannot have too much, but to be on the safe side speak with your clinic.

Hi my consultant said the month before treatment. The product I have says use every 3 days. So ask your clinic I reckon, although the nurse wasn’t really sure. As said above I’m sure you can’t have too much good bacteria. Good luck x
