I’ve had a biopsy result back from my recent hysteroscopy which shows I only have 10% lactobacillus.
I’ve been taking Bio.Me Femme V probiotics for over a year now as recommended by Melanie Brown when she reviewed my vaginal microbiome swab results.
As my levels are none existent i’m reluctant to keep taking the femme v as it’s obviously not doing anything. Has anyone taken anything that’s actually improved levels? Thank you xx

After high bad bacteria after era, Emma Alice tests I took the bio me femme V probiotics, optibac probiotics and also on DAYE you can get ‘provioctis’ and you can insert them vaginaly, they can’t advertise them as that anymore just as orally but my 4th transfer worked! I am over 8 weeks now x
I was looking for Canesflor probiotics online to get ready for a transfer, and my ERA test showed I needed the lactobacillus one. I know canesflor has been discontinued. I’ve ordered the DAYE ones - it says to take them orally but did you actually use them like a pessary? I’m going to look into the other ones you mentioned too.
I inserted like a pessary, they are a bit messy as they obviously come back out. Until about 6 months ago they were sold as pessaries / oral use, but there’s been a change in legislation. My clinic (Argc) said to still insert into vagina!
