I contacted another clinic for emb pooling with two cycles and they said I need to have karyotype result before my PGS. But we want to go for fresh embryo PGS to avoid any damages due thawing etc.
Are there any benefits doing karyotype before pgs?
Thanks,
Namrata

Best ask the clinic/doctor why they want to do this test - they should be able to explain it fully to you Never be afraid or worried about asking questions - it will help you make an informed choice
In my opinion, it is worth. In case of any genetics-related issues, particulary if you are 35+ or your hubby 45+ and/or experienced pregnancy loss, failed treatment or implantation the test will, or won't confirm genetics is the issue, and then you need to combine IVF with PGS NGS. If karyotyping is clear, then your doc might recommend undergoing IVF without PGS/PGD.
