worried! Embryos transfer is on monay and i am having very bad chest infection caughing v badly! !help

This cycle made me crazy first i was worried for linning Thank God it was fine 8.2 on the day of scan i was not well had temperature cramping in my legs and little bit breathless.i discussed with the nurse she called the consultant long story short he said to avoid the blood clotting i give elaxane injection for blood thining for 21 days. So on tuesday morning when i woke up with very bad coughing got v bad chest infection still i am struggling to get well trying different home remedies but still not well Now i am worried about my health i want to get well before tranfer my tranfer is on monday. I started the pessaries from tonight. Please help me out with your great advices ..Many thanks

Hi, I know this may not be what want to hear but I would advise you to get better before transferring a precious embryo.

i am thinking to call dr in the morning..1 thing more is in my mind is antibiotics is safe to take,

when I was pregnant I had a UTI and the doctor lprescribed amoxicillin antibiotics ast they have been around for many years and are safe in pregnancy. Tel them your situation and I am sure they will prescribe something you can take in pregnancy.

Hi Rosessss. You may have to delay the transfer until you are better. Best to get you fit before transfer. See what your clinic recommends. Good luck! Diane
