Have you ever had excision surgery? If not, I would highly recommend it! I know they may not be able to get all the adenomyosis, but it may still have a significant positive effect. Do you have insurance? Let me know if you need a recommendation for a surgeon! It should be covered if you have insurance as it is medical.

Maybe you could try 3 months of Orilissa? I heard it's new and I've been offered it. That or a combination of Letrozole and Lupron for at least 2 months I heard also mentioned before, as it has a double effect apparently.

I did an excision surgery on my 9 th cycle and on my 10 th cycle I took lupron before transfer . maybe I should do both for the upcoming transfer :S

I'm sorry the surgery wasn't successful for you on your previous cycle 😔 What kind of surgeon was the excision with if you don't mind me asking? How much endo did they find / excise? Did they think they managed to get it all? I just ask because I know some surgeons are better than others, and there are literally only a few that can successfully operate on adenomyosis. Do you know if you have focal or diffuse adenomyosis?

Definitely worth asking your doctor for anything extra you can get. Are you also doing immune protocol stuff?

Also, are you still using embryos banked prior to your excision surgery? It may be worth considering if that is having a factor too xx

Hi Chantysal. Have you ever had any excision of the endometriosis/adenomyosis? Might be worth looking into by a specialist. Good luck! Diane
