I just wanted to say hi to all the wonderful women on this forum. I've been following peoples journeys and I'm always inspired by everyone's stories and support for each other.
I've just been for my scratch as I hope to start treatment again in a few days time. Weirdly the scratch wasn't as painful as I had remembered and I barely felt a thing this time! The nurse was very kind and took her time so I think that helped.
I'm going for an FET and just hope my very thin lining behaves itself this time. I'm back on the raspberry leaf tea and eating lots of whole grain, who knows if any of it works but I'll give it a go π€ͺ.
Wishing you all luck and sending a hug if you need one today xxx

Best of luck! I'm glad the scratch went well and you seem in a great headspace for the journey ahead.
And come on lining, you can do it...!!! Who knows what works with that (I'm similar) but you may as well give it all a go Activity (short runs, yoga, etc) and salmon or omega and raspberry leaf tea all seemed to help for me but it might also have been the scratch and aaall the meds hah.
Sending you lots of π and all fingers crossed for a smooth ride ahead!! xx
I've just read your profile, congratulations!! It sounds like we've both had similar experiences with our linings. It's wonderful news that you hot there in the end. I'm never sure what works with the lining as it's such a weird thing I hadn't considered would ever be a thing!
Seems exercise helps so try to be more active and get at least 15-20 minutes of physical activity into your daily routine ie long walks .Raspberry leaf , rose hips and hibiscus flower aid in blood supply .Take care
Don't forget the pomegranate juice too! I strongly believe it really helps the lining. I'll be going for my 5th transfer soon too. Best of luck to us all with our transfers! Hope our group of beautiful people is soon full of lots and lots if good news! ππππππ€π€π€π€πππππ€π€π€π₯π₯π₯β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ
