after my last Chemical iv decided not to wait but to start right away, im not getting any younger and after a while u just become numb from all this roller coaster so I might as well ...
going on birth control for 8 days then starting Gonal F and menopur
spoke to my doctor today and I told her about the NK cell test she said they don't test them here :S but she said she would put me on the medication for the Nk cells on time of transfer
another thing we discussed was the Era test she said its a personal choice but she does not think it would make a difference becos if the time of transfer was not right there wouldn't of have been an implantation. also if I decide to do the Era that's an aditional month before I can do my transfer . im definitely doing the PGTa again and it will be. frozen transfer like my last cycle as that's the only time I did get a Positive.
I also asked her about a end scratch and embryo glue she said they do not do them at Our clinic and they don't believe in them..
I was looking forward to trying new things but I guess the approach in the USA is just different...
no sure what else to test or do at this point.
any advice would be great

Im sorry you’re feeling like you can’t try anything new. I did the Emma/Alice test following a transfer where it didn’t implant and then an early miscarriage. Because the test was a biopsy it also acts a bit like a scratch too. The test shows if the uterus micro biome is ok or not. Some people take antibiotics but I didn’t need to, I was just recommended to take canesflor pessaries which are like vaginal probiotics as it showed I had low levels. So maybe that’s something that you can ask about? It’s all a bit of a gamble but my most recent transfer from a fresh egg collection has resulted in a positive test. I’m not sure how it will turn out but really hoping the test was worth it. I also took more supplements and started running. I’m never sure what helps but like you, I like to try new things when it doesn’t go how I want. Wishing you the very best of luck with your next transfer xxx
thank you so much. yes I feel like I want to try new things I mean I feel I did the same thing for too long and all lead to a negative last transfer was a positive so at least a bit of hope. maybe im just looking for a reason for my outcome..
I hope your doing well. Sorry to hear your unable to try new things but it sounds like you have a good solid plan in place. May i ask why you need NK cell testing? I’m going to ask about this too as I’ve suffered with autoimmune issues. I havent heard much from others needing the test so was just wondering
so everyone on here recommended I test it cos sometimes the body attacks the embryos and it never leads to a BFP maybe that has been my case all along and no-one has tested for it? I just feel after 10 rounds of IVF any new information can be helpful
