Is anyone taking NMN or NAD+

Hello,

Is anyone taking NMN or NAD+? There's strong preliminary evidence for it in relation to longevity/ healthy ageing and David Sinclair - a Harvard professor -has done lots of research in his lab on it. It's also indicated it may be good for fertility and embryo quality.

I'm going to start taking it, but there are so many different forms.

Does anyone take this and have any recommendations?

I take NMN powder and on alternate weeks NR powder. They are both NAD precursors and different research try to evidence the superiority of one over another so I decided to use both. Don't know if it made a difference to my results yet. I buy both powders off Amazon and take them sublingualy. One less pill, which I prefer and it supposedly absorbs better like this.

Thank you. I heard the powders might be more effective. I didn't think to alternate taking different forms, so that's a great idea. Hoping that this will make a difference for you 😃 x
