myself and fiance are finding it hard get to through to our doctors as I need to make an appointment with of one the practice nurses about some test results and we'd also want to find out what we to need to do to start our fertility treatment journey as we're not sure what we need to do.

Hello, I’m not sure if your GP practice offers it but lots are doing “e-consults” which makes it easier to get a response rather than battling with receptionists to get an appointment? I’ve used it before - just fill in the form with your queries and they call you back within a few days . Hope this helps? X

Our doctors offers e-consults too, but I had to ring up to make the telephone appointment.I have used the econsult form twice to contact the doctors, but had no response from them.

Hi sophiesmum. Sorry to hear this. Just got to be persistant I'm afraid, even if you're number 49 in the queue when you phone! It's amazing how the queue length shortens after a few minutes, because people won't wait or just have to be elsewhere. Perhaps you have an email system at the Practice, but they can take some days to reply. You'll get there, try again. Diane

I've tried using the econsult form twice to contact our doctors and got no response.I eventually got through to the doctors on the phone as I'd had a letter from the doctors asking me to ring up and make a telephone appointment with a practice nurse, which I have got for this coming Monday.
