the Big "O" question.

I am 5weeks6days pregnant today. Never been told by clinic to abstain from sex but too scared to try. Last night i had some sort of wet dreams and felt i had an orgasm in my sleep (which happens) , so i forcefully tried to wake myself up and when I did, i had very bad cramping that lasted for several minutes. Will everything be okay? I've never been pregnant before, this is my first after 2 frozen embryo transfer. I am so worried that the contractions may have affected the baby. I am not due for a scan until the 28th of July and Im getting worried. 😢😢😢

Please try not to worry. These dreams are really common in early pregnancy. Remember all the women who are pregnant naturally and never even know until weeks have passed….. you’ll be absolutely fine 💪🤗x

I had the same thing happen early in my pregnancy, the cramping was quite uncomfortable but didn’t last long and everything has been fine since. I worried a bit too but honestly there is no need to X

I’ve had cramping after orgasm too (I’m 7 weeks) and I’ve read it’s very common. I also read it can be beneficial to have sex whilst pregnant as it keeps up a good blood flow to your uterus if you orgasm. So enjoy!x
