Constant brown discharge

Hi All, my wife is 6dpt with a high grade 5 day embryo. This is our 2nd FET and previously we had 2 rounds of IUI, all failed. We have had the same symptoms everytime and our clinic don't seem to be concerned like we are. Basically by day 2/3 she starts to spot a very light pink / brown discharge. Then a few days later it turns to just brown. We have another 5 days until test day but slowly losing hope. She also has hypothyroidism and currently taking meds for that plus 2 estradiol twice a day and x1 progynova twice a day. Has anyone had a similar experience or can anyone offer advise. TIA

Its common to spot but unfortunately it's the waiting game . As spotting could be a sign of implantation or the start of a cycle . The waiting is the worse but its the only thing you can do. Good luck hope it turns out OK x

Hi SANDTIUI. It could be from irritation from using the pessaries vaginslly, She could use her back passage for a few days instead and see if it settles. Make sure she drinks plenty of water in case she is developing an infection. Speak to GP if urine gets dark. Hope it settles. Diane

Thank you for replying. She been using them rectally the whole time as advised by the clinic so that ruled out irritation for us. Xx

Unfortunately we had a BFN. Considering moving clinics now as we don't feel very well managed at our current one. They new my wide had spotted/bled on day 2/3 the last 4 times yet no change in treatment plan etc xx

I’m really sorry to hear. Did you have a good quality embryo. Better luck next time. I am sure you will get your rainbow baby in due course continue the Process and push until something happens. What was your embro graded and did you have PGS testing X

Embryo 5A/B so was looking very promising . Do you mean progesterone testing ? Funny you should say that because we think this is the problem but the clinic are adamant testing is needed during the 2ww just on the day on transfer xx
