Seriously panicking AF is on route. 10 days post a 5 day transfer and have been feeling really crampy for the last 2 days. Had some red spotting yesterday - just when I wiped and this morning found a fair bit brown watery blood when I wiped. AF is due today/tomorrow, really scared it’s all over. OTD is on Monday - am too scared to test early now.
Has this happened to anyone so late into 2ww? Working from home today - couldn’t face going in case AF shows up. Am a teary mess xxx

Hey Hun, I’ve not had experience with this - but I’ve defo read other ladies’ stories on here where they’ve bled and still got a BFP. Some people bleed through their pregnancies too.
I will keep everything firmly crossed for you! 🤞🏼🤞🏼
Bit of a mess here too tbh. This is my 5th transfer. I can’t help but compare it to my other 4; two bfps and two bfns. This feels like a bfn from experience. No one would be more shocked than me if I got a bfp at the end of this! I’m just not feeling it 🙁 No symptoms here. Not even any af type cramping (which in my experience has been a good sign!!). Just want you to know you’re not alone. There’s nothing we can do about it now, sadly it’s out of our hands 😩
I really hope you’re pleasantly surprised when you take your test 🤞🏻 xx
Thanks lovely. This is all new to me - I don’t think I was preparedness for the 2ww to be filled with so much anguish, anxiety and fear. You’re right it’s out of our hands - just hope everything is ok for both of us xxx
The pessaries can cause irritation which causes brown spotting and blood loss, also some people get implantation bleeding and others just have unexplained and all is well. Usually they say not to panic unless you have enough fresh blood to fill a pad in an hour.
Call your clinic and they may suggest upping pessaries or start to take rectally.
Also, if you are taking progesterone please take heart in knowing that really that should be stopping any period bleed.
Thank you for your kind message. I started using the pessaries rectally after transfer so don’t think it’s that. It’s out of my hands now, just need to try and keep it together and pray it’s not AF.
Hey I can’t relate but i have read here some women have spotting, I wouldn’t worry and i know its easier said then done but it may be the pessaries they cause irritation too. Try and relax the 2ww is hard isn’t it! I hope its all positive for you ❤️ x
Hi Barbara haven't had any experience of this. But like the others have said others have had small bleeds that have resulted in bfp. As you know I am due to test on Sunday so I feel your pain the 2ww is a killer. Maybe speak to your clinic for reassurance. Sending lots of love and fingers crossed for you xxx
