Implantation bleeding or random spotting?

Hi there, my partner and I are trying to conceive naturally and of course I'm obsessing over each and every little twinge, cramp etc. Today is day 25 for me(usually have a long cycle of 30 days or more) and I found a little smear of blood on my toilet paper. Of course I got really excited as I thought it could be implantation bleeding, so went home and took an early pregnancy test... Negative. The bleeding didn't continue so now I'm thinking I may as well have been something else? Any similar experience? What does implantation bleeding look like? Thanks everyone

Hi Zina, I’d test again in 72 hours just to be sure. It’s still a little early especially if you have a 30-day cycle. Good luck!
