About bleeding after embryo transfer

Hlw ladies, hope all are good..I am really upset..I had my transfer on 23rd april..It was fresh embryo. Since yesterday I was totally fine..yesterday afternoon, I started to have some cramps and some spotting.Thn today in the morning,the pain gone..and from the afternoon, the cramping pain started again and took 2 paracetamol. Thn it started some bleeding, not too much..But I have found some blood in tissues..now still having some cramps.y blood test is due on the day after tomorrow.. Anyone has experienced same issues? Does it mean I lost everything? This is my first cycle.. I just crying now..I had stage 4 endometriosis abd had surgery also..pls guys, help me with that..I just heartbroken..lost all hopes..My AMH is also low 5.5,. In this cycle , no frozen left..only 1 I got..pls help me..I just lost my all hopes..😭😭😭😭

Sorry to hear this, I know how hard it is. It can go either way to be honest, it could be implantation - it could be that your period is coming. Try and think positive, heaps of luck xx

Sending you lots of hugs. Just like the other poster said it could go either way. I had no bleeding but I had cramps that were so severe I was sure it was over but everything was fine. ❤️
