Having my third transfer tomorrow (1 failed fresh, 1 failed FET prior, I had glue with these) and have decided to opt out of having embryo glue as it doesn’t seem to make a difference. Am now having a wobble that I’ve made the wrong choice. But I wanted to try something different. To glue or not to glue, that’s the question 😂 X

Embryo Glue
My clinic only advised using embryo glue if you had had a number of miscarriages and then the jury was still out whether it actually worked. I don’t think not doing it necessarily will make a difference.. we used it on all our six cycles and never had a successful pregnancy! Good luck xx
Hi
I had a fresh cycle which resulted in a chemical then had a frozen which also was a chemical..
I then opted for the embryo glue i was double minded too but read that it improves rates my 10% and also can help in reducing ectopic pregnancy (not sure how true that is). Any way just had a double transfer with embryo glue unfortunately i had a miscarriage at 5 1/2 weeks..
have heard embryo glue does no harm and when i got feedback from my embryologist he thought it would be good to use it!! Was the first i ever used it. 5 years back i had my daughter but didn't use it then!!
I guess we become so desperate and just want anything to make it work.. I would probably use it again but if i had not had a positive that got this far i would not use it!! I was debating about embryo scratch even with that im double minded as if i got this far without it would it be necessary if i was to do another round!! Ivf is soo soo expensive financially you just dont know what to do. Any how not sure if my advice is any help but do what ever your heart says!! Good luck
