Simple ways to control Migraines

Hey, I am also suffering with migraines. I can't explain the situation in words. I will get angry in this situation. The sounds and noises during this time will irritate me, and I will get angry suddenly. My physician asked me to control my food, do a daily scalp massage, and use a dim light in my room. I didn't get a complete recovery, but I felt better after tying these.

Hello, I am also a migraine sufferer. I do daily guided meditations and when I can afford it I do acupuncture. These things just help me cope with the migraine but don't stop it from happening.
