High estrogen in middle of cycle

Hi everyone, I'm on day 8 of my icsi stims cycle and just had a call to say my estrogen is high and to reduce my gonalf dose.

I'm already on a lower dose compared to my first ivf cycle (300ui bemfola). I'm on 225ui gonalf and they've asked me to reduce to 150ui.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this and what I might expect? Is this a sign of ohss and is a fresh transfer possible?

Anything I can do to help? Water? Electrolyte drinks?

Just seems strange as I'm already on a lower dosage. But I have been feeling the stims effects a lot more this time.

Blessings to you all xx
