I've just had a huge panic about progesterone. In previous cycles i was on 200mg Utrogestan pessaries three times per day. For my fourth cycle i've been prescribed 25mg of Lubion injections only. Is this a sufficient amount of progesterone?
Is the injection more potent than the pessaries, meaning you only need 25mg vs 600mg?
I'm due for embryo transfer tomorrow and thinking of also using the pessaries i have left over from previous cycles after transfer - am i mad?

Same issue for me ❤ although they are going to put me on one Lubion a day and two cylogest I still don't feel like its enough! Do they test your levels? That's probably the best thing you can ask for tomorrow ❤ people say you can't have too much progesterone but my consultant said you can! I'm not so sure though as i always here of succsess stories on here when its been increased! I still want loads 🤪🙈 huge good luck for tomorrow xxx
Yep, I’ve read the same! I’m paying private so I assume I can only ask for more, it’s up to me. They don’t test levels at all, so I have no idea if I’m at a good level or not.
I was put on 2 lubion injections 1 in the morning 1 in the night, I was previously on pessaries and the cycle failed, I swear it was the progesterone I am currently 17 weeks now after my second cycle on the lubion injections xxx
Sorry for late reply just the lubion and I worried to but my clinic said it’s more than enough, and they were right as it worked for me when I used just pessaries I bled day 6 after transfer on my first cycle as with the pessaries not many women absorb them properly with the injections they just go straight in so you always get enough of it if you get me, we have another embryo left for future and I’d definitely pick the lubion injections again when We do use our embryo, thank you good luck to you to any questions your welcome to message xxx
