Egg retrieval was today

So we got six eggs today from the retrieval. The doctor had counted eight follicles, so I was hoping for eight, but oh well. This will be a freeze-all cycle so happily I won't have to be stressing about preparing for transfer.

I still don't know which of these eggs were mature, I don't think. I guess it could be none! The doctor said that the follicles seemed small on the left ovary (it had been four on each ovary) but maybe that accounts for the two that didn't have anything in them.

Who knows!

Now to wait and find out tomorrow if any of them were mature and fertilized.
