Hi all I just wanted some advice been trying to conceive 3 years had 2 Ivf cycles one transfer of two embryos which ended in a miscarriage at 8 week 6 days .. .. does anyone have an advice on having a lap done I’m not sure what to do ?

Sorry for your loss. Have you spoken to your consultant? Why was a lap suggested?

Thanks for coming back to me , it was suggested initially before I even started Ivf treatment just to have look to see what was going on ? I said no I didn’t want to have so declined but now 3 Ivf cycles on I’m thinking maybe I should of had one

Have you had any sort of check? Maybe have a hysteroscopy which is a camera check of your womb, that should give you some initial answers. Thinking of you x

Hi Bettybooburbe. So sorry to hear that you got so far and then lost your little one. I hope you;ve had plenty of support around you. A hysteroscopy could be an idea ti check out the womb and the lining (biopsy). Perhaps trying lose dose soluble aspirin and/or heparin to wnsure good blood flow to the womb and lining. Also helps to prevent any clot formation. Thinking of you. Diane
