TTC after 40 years ols

Hi,

Has anyone here tried TTC (trying to conceive) and successfully gotten pregnant after 40? I’m planning to begin my IVF journey again this year.

I got pregnant at 43 using my own eggs using ivf so it’s definitely possible ❤️ best of luck x

I had two missed miscarriages at 41 and 43. However the day before my 44th birthday I found out I was pregnant with my son who is now 2 years old. IVF didn’t work for me as I had low AMH. These pregnancies were natural. So yes it can happen but it takes longer as there are less viable eggs the older you get. I know how hard this journey can be. I wish you the best of luck. X

Pregnant at 43, unexplained secondary infertility (firstborn was stillborn at full-term; natural conception).

My baby boy was born 4 weeks before my 44th birthday using my own eggs in July 2024. My amh was very good for my age. I began IVF at 41.

I was 39 and on my 5th transfer in 4 years when it finally worked for us!! I am now 40 am 31 weeks pregnant so far so good!

Me had my first baba just before 41. Two failed ivfs and got pregnant natutally following this just turned 40. Had coq 10 ubiquinol and dhea tho u need dhea and testosterone bloods for this. Also mira ovulation tracker and fertilily conception cups. Mediterranean diet and no alcohol. X

I’ve just had my first and I’m nearly 44. I did use DE in the end though. Tried 2 cycles with own eggs and no luck but glad I tried. Good luck x

had my daughter at 42 after 5yrs of IVF and 9 transfers. ✨

now I’m trying for a sibling at 44…did a round but low embryo quality-none made it to Day 3..considering trying again one final time.
