Frozen cycle - any tips

Have been taking Progynova and have my first scan tomorrow.

This is my first frozen cycle and other than hating these pills, I’m feeling positive.

Are there any tips / old wives tales for a frozen cycle?

So sick of my life being on hold for a potential pregnancy, I’ll do whatever I can to keep calm etc!

Hi, just stay busy as much as you can! Doctors will take you through it and all will be well monitored for you so stay calm. Good luck and all the best!

As for me, It taken me 3 attempts on FET cycles to reach my current pregnancy I’m 15wks now. I’ve almost thought FET not for me but it meant to be! Hope you will get your positive results soon😘

I hope things work out for you. Just stay positive throughout the process. Make sure to take extra care of your health. This is something really important. Eat food that is full of nutrition. Good luck to you. Sending baby dust your way. I hope everything gets better.

I'm on progynova for fet. Been having reflexology which is really helping reduce stress

Hi, we had 9 days all inclusive in the sun before I started this cycle which helped relax me 😁

Do you know when your transfer day is? I’ve been on the pills for 9 days now, how have you found them?

I'm on long protocol so struggled more with the buserlin two weeks before. Feel more in control of my emotions compared to the buserlin so that's a huge bonus.

Now I'm on reduced buserlin and 3 progynova a day. Lining scan Friday so guess that makes me about day 10 on progynova.

Transfer planned for the 8th March. How about yours?

Based on the paperwork I’m guessing transfer for 8th too. Haven’t had to do any injections this time, just the progynova, then onto progesterone pessaries/injection combo. Will find out more at first scan tomorrow - hopefully it’s working ok

Proper cycle buddies then. The buserlin really screwed me up but my clinic don't do short protocol
