Sensitive- BFP Anxiety and cramps! HELP :/

Hi newbie here!

We got our BFP from 4th FET confirmed on Friday with our beta test at 9dp5dt but I cannot help but feel anxious and petrified its failing already!I've suffered an early loss before and a chemical pregnancy and feel these constant dull cramps (no bleeding or spotting currently) are how these both started. I've had constant cramps since last night and all of today with some backache. Has anyone had this and everything has been okay?

My beta was also 92 and I feel like this isn't high enough and I know I'm being silly. Just can't shake off this really negative gut feeling. My clinic don't repeat betas and viability not due until 17th Dec which feels a lifetime away. If anyone has any words of wisdom or advice please let me know! Thankyou

It’s really very normal to feel like this. My hcg was very low to start and I was petrified for weeks, I couldn’t let anyone say congratulations to me for a long time. But here I am six months pregnant and it’s beginning to feel real. I won’t give you advice but just wanted to reassure you that this is a common experience for many of us and you’ll find a way to cope with the anxiety in your own way. If you find it gets worse as the weeks progress, ask your midwife for support - it is out there and your mental health is important. x

I got my BFP yesterday, 11dp5dt.. so it looks like we are exactly the same stage. I feel cramps and backache too.. pretty much every day. I did a Beta today.. haven’t received the results yet, but think that I will do another on Wednesday for my own peace of mind or Thursday, just to see whether my numbers are doubling as they should. You can do it via mail now for about £20. I’ve read that the most important is that the numbers are doubling every 2-3 days. Breath.. good luck 🤞🏽

Congratulations to you!I can't bring myself to test again or get a private beta as I just have this horrible sinking feeling. Can't even believe we've got a positive test. My lower back is so achy today and these dull cramps all day just like period or previous loss 😑 Just wish I could fast forward and that everything will be okay. My period technically isn't due until end of this week as I have longer cycles so not sure if related to that, the medication or its previous history repeating and will be another MC 😢

Thank you! Co granulation to you too. I am so sorry you are so stressed. I know it can be very scary.. I’ve also had a previous MC. But remember that cramps and back ache can be normal too.. good luck and I hope that it goes well🤗🤗

Hello. Congratulations on your BFP.

I'm sorry you are feeling so anxious, I know this too as I got my BFP recently and have had a chemical and mc in the past. In my first week I had SO many aches and pains backache, leg ache... You name it... Everything ached. And dull cramps, stomach ache and really bad trapped wind to top it off! I was so worried....

I have spoken to both my clinics and they have said my aches and pains are all perfectly normal and due to everything relaxing (ironic!) And cramps / wind is due to extra Progesterone I'm on.

I'm not an expert on reducing my anxiety ywt but I keep thinking 'different embryo, different. baby, different pregnancy' as I read that on here.

I also have found listening to calming music and meditations help as well as moving more . (And Deflatine 🤣)
