Hi there, totally understandable to be anxious.I haven’t had a lap but I have had an endo scratch and along with other changes i have just got a positive (although very early days and I’m terrified). Endo scratches have an amber rating on the HFEA’s add on treatments so scientifically it’s a little mixed hfea.gov.uk/treatments/trea... Good luck xx

Hello I hope you are well and get a positive outcome. Can I ask what other changes you made? Thanks in advance x

I have PCOS so I got a prescription for metformin, very little dairy and largely gluten free. Had Lubion injections, a LH, thyroid and progesterone level test on transfer day, probiotics from Holland and barrett, omega 3, low dose aspirin and buscopan (day before transfer then morning and night for following 4 days), changed from pregnacare to conceive plus supplements. I also went back to work after 3 days instead of having TWW off. Tried to reduce toxic load, drink room temp water, no caffeine and went to a holistic therapist. hope this helps x

Hi @Mtorr, not.sure if this helps but I've had the opposite - a bfp with AND without the scratch. Not sure how much difference it actually made for me but everyone is different. I was getting endo surgery performed anyways so she did it whilst in there, no harm in giving it a go xx

Hi Mtorr. The healing process from the scratching is hoped to help an embryo implant. Good luck! Diane
