Follow up appointment - questions

Hi all

So ... after some struggles with fertility I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis.

We had a successful first fresh round of IVF in 2018, then natural pregnancy that turned to be blighted ovum in 2021. Finally, in July, we had our first FET that came as negative with 4bb 'nice looking embryo'. Now we have a follow up appointment. What sort of questions should I ask?

I'm kind of thinking it was just one of these things, nobody has 100% success rate in IVF. But we are self funded and I want to make sure I use that appointment effectively. Also I will be there in my own as my other half is working, which means I need to remember everything!

Any advise welcomed. Please.
