progesterone on FET DAY

Feeling a bit anxious about my progesterone levels this morning when I had my embryo transfer. Progesterone was 35 up to Saturday then dropped to 15 today. I added 1Lubion on top of 3 pessaries. All my blood test before transfer were done in the late mornings but this morning was a very early sample. I think levels do fluctuate.

What was your levels of progesterone in FET day? My clinic doesn’t test progesterone so I am doing private blood test.

I hope it’s not too late to top up my progesterone.

Hi frafarms,My FET is this morning, I continued my progesterone as prescribed, I'm not getting any bloods done, endometrial lining was 8.1 last week, didn't realise your supposed to get bloods done???

My clinic doesn’t check progesterone on the day of the transfer but I did a blood test myself because I am a super anxious person. My lining was good 10.4.

Are you on progesterone pessaries? How many? Which clinic are you under?

I'm on pessary 400mg BD I'm with care fertility...

Hi! My clinic doesn't check progesterone routinely either and I had to insist on having the bloods done. My progesterone on the day of my successful transfer was on the low side, 23 if I remember correctly while they want it above 30, so they increased my medication the day after transfer when the results came in and that helped. I think progesterone does fluctuate because they also tested me 2 days before the FET and it was 27. All fingers crossed!

After my FET yesterday endometrial thickness 8 and I've to continue my estrogen and progesterone same dosage for 2 weeks, I'm a bit worried as my lining was 8.1 last week and I'd like it to have been a bit thicker....
