What to try for final OE/OS round?

Hey everyone! We are in the TWW (6dp5dt) with 2 embryos on board (4AA & 3AA). I’m on 3 x 200mg Utrogestan and 1 lubion a day, but today really feel like my period is on its way - my tummy has been gurgling since last night which is always a PMS sign for me, and any bloating I had post transfer has basically disappeared. No other symptoms apart from feeling tired but think that is worry and from travelling back from Greece on Friday (we are doing ivf abroad).

Thinking ahead to our next cycle which will probably be our last cycle with OE &/OS. I’m 35 and have DOR, and hubby has low morphology (was 2% increased to 3% recently) and high DNA fragmentation (although this had halved by the time we did our most recent cycle! Was 41%, reduced to 19%).

We did a short antagonist protocol with ovarian priming for the first time this round and it was our best round. 10 eggs collected, 8 mature, 6 fertilised with PICSI, 2 good quality day 5 blasts. I had a hysteroscopy in June - all clear and implantation cuts done. Been on higher does of progesterone and blood thinners post transfer.

Feel like we’ve thrown everything at this, so my question is - what do we tweak / try for our next round, which will probably be our last round before moving on to DE and/ DS.
