Hi everyone, i’m very new to this and about to embark on my first IVF cycle. I have PCOS and am experiencing secondary infertility. I had 3 failed rounds of Clomid and have started day 1 of stims today. Feeling excited, nervous and scared all at the same time... would be nice to hear some success stories or any tips/advice for getting through the cycle x

Hey very best of luck I just had my first positive FET. Not too much changed, my only advise to anyone starting is don’t make plans, relax and home and concentrate on just this. Very best of luck xx
Thank you so much!! Congratulations on your BFP... work have thankfully been incredibly supportive and i’ve taken some time off after egg collection to a few days after transfer x
Aw thank you. Great it means your in no rush ❤️ Takes off a bit of pressure. It can be scary when you don’t know so try find a Netflix series or something to binge on I felt like it gave me something to do lol. When I was stimming (x3 times round but only ever got to one retrieval) I made sure I had everything done, cooking cleaning etc so I could just do it and plonk myself on the sofa then. Everyone is different but you got this 💪🏼 I didn’t have anyone around me who had done IVF that I could pick up the phone to so found myself just reading other people’s stories… that can go either way 😂
Hi FMA1,
It’s also my first round of IVF, I have Endometriosis. It is very overwhelming. Hope you’re doing ok, I would recommend listening to fertility podcast by Izzy Judd I have found it very helpful so far. Best of luck to you xx
Hi! There are good cookbooks for managing PCOS naturally by Tara Spencer and myo inositol supplements are meant to help too. Good luck 💕xx
