We have our first FET in 6 weeks and would love to know what worked for people to prepare for this - diet, supplements, exercise. Any ‘do’s or don’t s’. We have lots of embryos so do I need to continue with all of the supplements I was taking before or should I swap some out?

How to prepare for FET?
Sorry no advice here but I'm in the same boat. My transfer is booked for 19.07. I just keep going as normal, taking folic acid and vitamin d. Nothing special but maybe I should start something?
I'm in the same situation. I have carried on with my supplements, vit D, ubinqnol, pre natal, folic acid and vit D, but I did cut down on some others I was taking.
I have not been as 'clean living' as I was before my EC but I asked my clinic if they think I should put back a month to clean up my diet and they said it dont really make much difference now... all about the lining, timing and a little bit of luck. Having said that I am going to be starting a healthier diet today. (She says)
😂
I have read about pineapple during the tww and pomegranate juice and of course the famous McDonalds fries after transfer- I wont say no!
All the best x
Well,in the cycle that worked for me,i had the thickest endometrium lining and the highest oestradiol level out of the three FETs.I also drank water before the transfer, but not as much as the other two. Also,i took it quite easy after the FET.
Oh wow. What supplements were you taking/were you having any particular foods or drinks?
Actually,i took vitamin d and selenium as i have thyroid issues.I did take vitamin d with my second transfer but not as often.A doctor recently mentioned that iron helps. The part with the water may not be clear. What i meant was that in the other two transfers,i drank so much water i felt like my bladder would explode. In the third one,i drank a bit, like a glass and a half.
Hi, I was advised to take folic acid from the start of IVF. But as I am always low in Magnesium, shifted to "Pregnacare". It has everything in it. I take Vitamin e capsules, calcium separately.Exercise like gentle walk but no aeroboics or similar. I was booked for Bounce class, but when i checked with the clinic they stopped me for doing intense exercises.
I am on my 2ww now . All the best everyone
Following! I dropped everything after ER... but thinking prenatal, 3000iu vit d, vit e and perhaps L-arginine and baby aspirin but I want to double check these with a doctor. Then others would be raspberry leaf tea, Brazil nuts, pomegranate juice, pineapple core around potential implantation and acupuncture. good luck everyone 🧡
