❤️Does anyone have any sleep remedies while on stims? I took my first injection yesterday and did not sleep a wink, full of thoughts, anxiety, hot flushes, bloated sensation :(

I use the calm app, but it did not work what so ever... help!?

Thank you in advance!

Omg I am the same and was about to write the same post! I am waking up at 5 anxious and bloated, but so tried throughout the day I am falling asleep. I am hoping acupuncture will help, next appt on Friday. I don’t have any ideas but get what you’re going through x

I hope acupuncture helps for you! Feeling very nauseous today after my second dose, I am hoping it eases by the evening 🤞🏽❤️ I NEED SLEEP lol!

Hello. Have a look at the Mindful IVF app. Good luck!

I was the same. I had to resort to sleeping tablets as I knew I wouldn’t cope without any sleep. It was only for a few nights and then my body seemed to adjust x

Was it a particular sleeping tablet you took? I have herbal ones but just cautious on taking them while under treatment. x

Honestly, Tesco is our closest pharmacy and I went with ordinary ones. I didn’t sleep a wink night one and that was me done! The cycle was successful if that helps. I sometimes take Kalms now if I struggle to sleep, they are herbal x

I took 5mg melatonin during stims. The brand was Eurovital. It’s suppose to help you sleep and help with egg quality. It was recommended by a fertility nutritionist. You need to stop after egg collection. I did get very good eggs, so it must of helped. Also slept like a baby every night. Good luck! X

Same as Londongirl. I took melatonin- consultant recommended 3mg. I slept really well with it but sadly didn’t get good eggs. I do occasionally take piraton but not sure about it with IVF my GP said it’s fine but would check with fertility consultant. X

Thank you, that’s great. I have read that melatonin can only be prescribed in the UK? Is that how you had yours? x

I did get some prescribed by the doctor but I often just buy it online. I checked with my GP and she said it is safe to do so.
