Sleeping problem

Hi again...i just had my 2nd cycle, got my fresh embreyo teansfer too but i have difficulty sleeping althoygh im always tired has anyone feel the same..they said i need to sleep 8 hours..but im awake most of the time😭

I’m having trouble with broken sleep and I’ve not even got to transfer yet! I have a happy chatty brain that is constantly thinking. So you’re not alone.

Are you on any steroids or any medication with estrogen? Steroids can disturb your sleep, and I personally had problems sleeping from the Estrogen tablets too. And btw all the best of luck hope you get a positive outcome xxx 🤗🤗🤗

Thanks, im having progeaterone 3x a day😭...🙏🙏🙏🙏praying for our sticky lil fellow. Its so hard and worisome of waiting hoping for positive outcome.

Maybe try winding down a couple of hours before going to bed and make it a habit Not on laptop or mobile phone [white light] relaxing bath ,herbal tea and a light snack Bedroom not too warm and a good book [but not too exciting ] and hopefully you will be asleep in no time
