Has anyone found any research about best way to sleep to help implantation? Or early pregnancy? I’m currently in my LONG 2WW :(

Oh sweet Jesus! Thank the Lord I’m not the only person who Google’s these things 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 thanks for making me feel normal. I doubt if it make a difference as I’d say wherever the embryo lands it attaches if it’s going to 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m so looking forward to seeing if others respond 🧐 hope

You are managing ok 😘 how long have you to wait now? Have you any good recommendations on Netflix? Feel like I’ve watched everything funny and I haven’t even got to my two week wait yet!

Hugs and understanding 😘💐💐💐💐

Thanks rhinocat, I get my blood test a week today 🤯 I’m 2dp5dt!! Feels like 2 months not 2days. I used to love keeping up with the kardashians but lost interest so I have just downloaded the last 2 seasons to watch. I’m back at work on Wednesday. Feel like I’m going crazy I keep talking to my belly beginning it to implant. How do you feel? Xx

I totally can’t even believe I have two whole weeks to wait to do I pee test then to text my clinic to arrange a blood test🙈 you are so lucky you have that planned already 🤗

I feel grand, I thought I’d feel crampy etc but 👎🏻 not one thing different do I feel 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’ll probably be more focused on time passage tomo. I’m still tired from lack of sleep last night so hopefully I will sleep well tonight. I haven’t watched the Kardashian’s in ages, good shout to check in and see what crazy nonsense they’ve been up to.

Hugs 🤗

If you have amazon prime I recommend Life in Pieces - very funny and witty ☺️xx

Hi Hopedream. No, I don't know of any studies, but if you have had IVF, then the embryo hopefully will stay where it was put, so I would sleep easily knowing that whatever position you start off in, you will have move many times during the night - don't worry! Diane

Thank you Diane xx

Oh my god I literally googled this yesterday! I woke up on my stomach and panicked that I’d ruined it all even though this sounds a bit crazy! I didn’t find anything at all useful and only read that it doesn’t matter at this stage what position you sleep in!

I feel your pain I really do, I’m 6 days into it and it doesn’t get any better at all! I’m so tempted to test early on day 11 but scared! Are you testing at home when it’s time or going into the clinic?

Xx

I slept on my stomach in my 2ww (not ivf) but had a successful pregnancy- I did sleep on my side in my pregnancy partly because I worried about baby being squashed & because my tummy was uncomfortable to lie on as I got bigger. The advice for pregnant is to sleep on their side ( left is preferable)

Good luck I hope it’s BFP xxx
