Progesterone induced sleeping!!

So I had my second FET on Saturday. I’m on progesterone this time and feeling so tired all the time. Is this a common side effect of progesterone? Also thinking about going back to the gym today but not sure if I should hold off for a day or two still? Any suggestions?

Yeah! Progesterone is the devil. All sorts of nasty side effects to enjoy including exhaustion. Helps you get used to the pregnancy exhaustion I suppose, if your cycle is successful 😁 really hope you get your BFP x

Fingers crossed! I really don’t feel it though but maybe I just won’t have any symptoms. I hope all is going well with your pregnancy xx

hiya I’m currently on massive doses of it and I’m knackered. I’m up at 5am - currently sneaking off at midday for a snooze in my car at work, then I get home and have a couple of hours then I’m ready for bed at 10pm. No raving for me at the min! 😂

Also I’ve been a complete bitch this cycle. Didn’t really suffer the effects 1st time round but this cycle my boyfriend has had it double barrel on more than one occasion! Xx

Hi I had to have the progesterone shots and they also made me crazy tired. I allowed myself to just sit infront of the tv when it got too much. I also found that light exercise in the gym helped me relax. All the best

What do you class as light exercise? I normally do hiit classes so I’m assuming that’s out. What about abs or weights? Xxx

I usually do just 30 mins walking at moderate speed - I was told it helps with circulation. No weights! I also do some mat work but nothing too strenuous.
