Hi guys. Just wondered if anyone else in their 2ww is struggling to sleep too. Feel ok and pretty relaxed just have not been able to sleep much since transfer and am dreaming a lot. Not sure what all about. Maybe am more anxious than thought and coming out at night. Oh 🤨😩
Hope you all well ☺️

I have this too! I can sleep ok but wake up numerous times and have the strangest dreams ever. I think it’s a side effect of the medication - another one to add to the list!
I wouldnt worry too much, hopefully they will settle down and you’re definitely not the only one!
Wishing you lots of luck for the remainder of your 2ww xx
I think anxiety definitely shows up in sleep even when we are not consciously anxious during the day. I was waking up for hours in the night for the first week after my egg collection whilst waiting to find out if we had any blastocysts suitable for testing, and I couldn’t even really blame it on drugs, as I wasn’t on any by then! My conscious mind was worrying about work but my sleep went back to normal once we found out we had four blasts, and work didn’t change! Brains are funny things!
Def brains are funny things indeed. Not surprised your blasts were on ur mind. Glad all went bk to normal for u. Hope so for me too. Could really do with some sleep😊 take care
Yes I had the same problem. Hard to drop off and crazy dreams/ nightmares. Definitely think it was anxiety in my case. Maybe you could try a bit of guided meditation or something before bedtime to help you fall into a more restful sleep? x
Oooh that would b ace let’s hope that that is part of it 🤞🤞🤞. Congrats to u and ur bfp😊
Yes, I have also been having weird dreams and everytime I doze off I wake up with a fright because it feels like im falling. 😂. Good luck luck with whats left of the 2ww 🤞
