Cyclogest pessaries

Not very nice subject but has anyone found they have very lose bowels in the morning using these ?

I keep waking up with tummy cramps and needing the toilet but once I have been am ok for the rest of the day.

I have also just got a BFP am now 11dp3dt

Little worried .

Hi, congratulations on the BFP. I experienced the same as you with the pessaries during my last ivf round so was prepared for the same this time and they seem to have had the opposite effect 🤷🏻‍♀️ I think it is a normal side effect of them though

I do remember a couple of friends telling me they had this as a symptom during pregnancy as well

I have exactly the same! The clinic told me not to worry it was normal, and also the side effects of the hormones from pregnancy.

Yes I have this every morning, it’s a nightmare trying to keep the pessary in long enough before needing to go 🤣 So I would say very normal, don’t worry xx

Haha yesss it s literally once I wake up I need it but then am good for the day. Aww the joys am glad it’s normal I was worried it was a bad sign of something 🥺 everything crossed it’s all good ❤️❤️ Xx

Personally I’ve been okay! Congrats on your BFP!! I use them rectally and find I sometimes have a greasy fart (sorry TMI)

I also find that I have to go for a 💩 before I use one otherwise I need to go straight away
