Has anyone had their downregs (buserelin) increased if their lining isn’t thin enough?

I was scanned Monday at 10.6mm, day 10 of buserelin. Started my period Monday afternoon, Wednesday scan - lining 5.6mm but they want below 4mm to start Gonal F. Fri scan, day 14 of buserelin - lining no change at 5.6mm but my period has finished. I’m waiting for my consultant to call me this evening for the plan going forwards. Feel really disheartened that it’s not decreased as it was meant to, has anyone else had this & what was the next step for you? X

Hi, I had that too and they asked me to continue buserelin for another week then to come for another scan. It was all fine by that point. Good luck with your cycle.

Can I ask did they increase the dosage of the buserelin or just continue for another week at the same level? And did you have a second bleed? Thank you x

Hi, I was on the exact same dosage, they just prolonged it. Sometimes it takes a little longer. Try not to worry. You should not have another bleed now and I hope you don’t get another bleed for a few months from now
