Slow & steady is the best way with weight loss- there's the obvious cut down o portion

size but you can fill on on lots of tasty veg and lean meats There is a lot of info on line

But remember do have a wee treat every now and again- lots of snacks etc have low calories

And now weather getting better go for nice long walks

Thank you so much for the advise .I feel again so much weight since all the drugs from the first failed ivf but I will start my gym regime again.
