DHEA - one month before next cycle.

Hi everyone.

I have had a delivery of DHEA today. I decided I might start 25 mg a day. (smaller dose) My testosterone is 0.7 and my GP has agreed to do blood tests for me. I'll have testosterone, DHEA and progesterone tested on day 21 of my cycle this week.

My next cycle starts approx a month from now, on day 18 i'll start Nothisterone 5g twice daily.

I know it takes three months to see best results....anyone see any results taking it for a month I wonder?

I will start3mg of melatonin at bed time on day 5 of this cycle.

Hey! I used DHEA for my ivf journey and I swear by it. This supplement I believed helped me conceive 2 beautiful children out of 3 viable embryos. The doctor did tell me to take it for 3 months though which I did. I don’t know anyone who’s taken it for a shorter period. Good luck with your journey xx
