Oh the wonderful progesterone pessaries. Does anyone else plan to eat really well - nuts, salads, avocado etc - but all I want is chocolate, crisps and all the bad stuff.
I normally drink so much water but I don’t even fancy that!

Swap chocolate for dark chocolate, it’s a nutrient dense food 😉 x
I thought about that but isn’t dark chocolate higher in caffeine which isn’t good?x
You would have to eat a good few bars to have the equivalent of a cup of coffee. I haven’t drunk any coffee since my transfer, and I have limited myself to a couple of cups of tea a day, but I have had dark chocolate, just a few bits at a time. It’s so hard trying to eat everything that is good for you 🤦♀️ x
Try to eat a lot of fruits- I noticed that it helps me to stay away from sweets🍎🥝🍇🍓 ... and I mean a lot of fruits 😃
I eat take aways chocolate crips cakes i just eat what i feel like eatting 😂😂and im 9 weeks pregnant tomorrow with fet. Atm i cant eat at all has i have real bad morning sickness. 😭 Has much i would love to eat everything i cant i throw it all back up xx
