how do you sleep day before test

so worried i test tomorrow day 9 after ICSI been an up and down week with lots of tears.

how do/ did you guys cope

I don’t have any advice on how to sleep before the test but just wanted to wish you best of luck for tomorrow. 🍀🤞🏻

thank you so much, i still have cramps which I'm hoping is not AF if it comes tonight ill be so gutted

Cramps are normal, everything you are feeling at this stage is due to the medication xx try to relax, only one more sleep x
