Delayed periods 🙄

Hi lovely ladies it’s been 11 years am ttc bt no success my periods are clockwise always on time as I mentioned earlier I used pregnacare conception him nd her packet me nd my partner used them nd no periods this mnth I didn’t check yet am sooo afraid of check cz every time I experienced disappointment when I missed periods I immediately stopped this vitamin nd started simple folic acid so that my periods come no sign of pregnancy yet idk whts going in my body am 9 days past plzzz help me with ur positive response 🥺

There is many reasons for a delayed one off period. Stress, change of sleep schedule ( this can throw off ovulation and result in a later period arrival as very late nights or poor sleep can interfere with the LH surge hormone which is required to jump start ovulation. It could be on this occasion you didn’t release an egg and that can throw it off. Sickness is another. Have you taken a pregnancy test ? as 9 days late would prove conclusive by now if pregnant. Also there is a side note on the box of pregnacare that some women may notice a change in their monthly cycle not all women get this. I’d take a pregnancy test. Good luck x
