When should I expect period after miscarriage?

I had a surgical miscarriage two weeks ago after no heartbeat detected at 10 weeks. When should I expect my period? I just want to get it over and done with. Thanks xxx

My first period came about four weeks after my miscarriage. But everyone is different, for some people it’s between 4-6 weeks and for others a little longer. Xx

Very sorry to hear this 💜 thinking of you. I have had three and my period came like clockwork at four weeks after surgical management. Look after yourself.

So sorry for your loss. have had SMM x 3 and twice my period came after 4 weeks but once mine took 10 weeks to arrive.. One thing to say is that my cycles really changed after each one - length of cycle, flow, period pain, PMS etc.. it was like being a completely different woman, so don't be surprised if things are a bit screwy xx
