Period after miscarriage

How long did it take for you to start your first period after a mc? It’s been 5 weeks now and we mc’ed at 8 weeks. Thanks x

Mine was 6 weeks x

Mine is a bit complicated as I had medical management twice (both failed) and was bleeding during those times, however my period came 24 days after surgical management.

So looking at period calendar, I bled for almost 4.5 weeks with 18 days non - bleeding period.

Sorry for pointing out the obvious, have you done a pregnancy test?

I went back to normal immediately, so 3.5 weeks. However I think I’m in the minority.

I miscarried at 5 weeks and period and came as Normal 26 days later, I was expecting to wait longer.

Hi, I went to the doctor’s to get some medroxyprogsterone tablets, as after two months I had no period xx

I had a MMC at 9 weeks (embryo stopped growing at 8 weeks) and it took 6 weeks to the day to get my period following a D&C.

I too was starting to worry about when mine would return. I hope that it comes soon.

I was over 7 weeks till my period after Mc at 5 weeks then was 6 weeks till the next again period. I was told 6-8 weeks was common.

Mine was spot on 28 days after the D&C xx
